How to buy on our site:
The buyer can choose between the following payment methods:
- PayPal;
- credit card;
- Bank transfer
PAYPAL
In case of payment through PayPal, the buyer will be transferred to the payment page set up by PayPal, where, using the credentials of his PayPal account, he will be able to complete the payment procedure. The transmission of the customer's credentials will take place through transmission protocols encrypted with the 128-bit SSL (SecureSocketLayer) system, directly on the page prepared by PayPal, and these data will not be accessible to REALIZZANDO. The amount will be charged when the order is processed.
CREDIT CARD
In case of payment by credit card, REALIZZANDO uses the Shopify Payments by stripe platform which, with its transmission protocols, guarantees payments in absolute security.
Any payment for the goods purchased by the buyer can only be made using the payment methods indicated on the supplier's website on this page. The use of the indicated payment methods does not involve any additional charge for the purchaser.
Any refund to the purchaser will be credited through one of the methods proposed by the supplier and chosen by the purchaser, in a timely manner and, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, as governed by clause no. 13 point 7 and following of this contract, at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the supplier became aware of the withdrawal. The supplier will hold the refund until the item is received.
All communications relating to payments take place on a special line of the supplier protected by the encryption system. The supplier guarantees the storage of this information with an additional level of security encryption and in compliance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data.
BANK TRANSFER
Make the payment by bank transfer. Use your order number as reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared our bank account.
