Delivery times
Personalized items are made in 7-10 business days (during busy periods you'll find the updated time on the product page). Ready-made items ship in 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- Italy: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- United States: 5-7 business days
- United Kingdom and Canada: 5-8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10-18 business days
In any case, we deliver within 30 days of the order. If that's not possible for any reason, we'll let you know right away by email, WhatsApp or phone.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you'll receive a tracking code to follow it all the way to your door.
Duties and taxes
There are no duties within Italy and the European Union. For shipments outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world), any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
United States: since August 29, 2025 the US no longer exempts parcels under $800, so even small orders may be subject to duties. Any duties are collected by FedEx at delivery.
