Refunds

The reimbursement to the buyer will be credited by one of the methods proposed by the supplier and chosen by the buyer, in a timely manner within 14 working days of receiving the Return.

The refund method is the same as the original payment.

Orders paid on delivery can be refunded by bank transfer.

The supplier will hold the refund until the item is received.
